Founder & Principal

​Douglas is the the founder and principal of our firm.  He has over 10 years of experience as a legal practitioner in Hong Kong.

​

His practice primarily focuses on advising on compliance and regulatory matters for listed companies in Hong Kong and both public and private mergers and acquisitions. He also has experience in advising on primary and secondary fund raising exercises by listed companies in Hong Kong, including placing of securities and rights issues.​​​​

Before establishing his own firm, Douglas practised at CMS Hong Kong LLP.
